These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings and services provided by KH Taxi, a taxi service based in Newmarket, Suffolk, United Kingdom. By booking a ride with us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Booking & Confirmation

2.1 How to Book

You can book a taxi via:

  • Phone call

  • WhatsApp message

  • Online booking form on our website

2.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us via phone, email, or message.


3. Pricing & Payments

3.1 Fares

Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and any additional agreed services. Airport transfers have fixed rates unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Payments

We accept:

  • Cash payments to the driver

  • Bank transfers (pre-arranged)

  • Card payments (if available)


4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1 Cancellations by the Customer

  • Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the booking: No charge.

  • Cancellations within 12 hours of the booking: May incur a fee.

4.2 Cancellations by KH Taxi

We may cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., driver illness, vehicle breakdown). In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible.


5. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Ensure you are ready at the pickup location at the agreed time.

  • Provide accurate booking details.

  • Wear seat belts at all times.

  • Behave respectfully towards drivers and other passengers.


6. Luggage & Personal Items

We accept reasonable amounts of luggage. Extra or oversized items should be mentioned at the time of booking. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.


7. Delays & Waiting Time

We aim to arrive on time, but KH Taxi is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.


8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the journey in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
